A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES ❤️
When you’re a small-business owner, you don’t get the same major discounts and buying power that large national chains do. We pay more for many of the products we use, yet we still do our best to offer fair prices, quality food, and generous portions for what you pay.
The truth is, we don’t make nearly as much profit as some people might think. Even though our costs continue to rise and we probably should increase our prices more, we try our best not to because we understand that our customers work hard for their money, too.
What many people don’t see is everything that goes on behind the scenes. There’s insurance, taxes, equipment breakdowns and replacements, building maintenance, food vendors, utilities, payroll, and countless other expenses that come with keeping a business running. Our insurance has even doubled because of an accident that was not our fault.
There is so much more to running a small business than what you see when you walk through the door.
So, the next time you visit a small business, please remember that your dollars help keep real people, real families, and local dreams alive.
If our prices seem high, please understand that there are many costs behind the scenes. If something about your food isn’t up to your standards, please be kind and talk to us. Give us the opportunity to make it right.
We are human. We work hard, we get tired, and yes, sometimes we make mistakes. But we care about what we do, and we want our customers to leave happy.
PLEASE REMEMBER: Behind every small business is a person taking a risk, making sacrifices, and working hard to keep their doors open.
A little kindness, patience, and understanding go a long way.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support small businesses. You are appreciated more than you know! ❤️
SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES. SUPPORT LOCAL FAMILIES. SUPPORT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HARD TO SERVE YOU.
