As coffee lovers we obsess over getting our coffee “just right” to serve our guests — measuring, adjusting, tasting until every shot is exactly right. Because espresso is the foundation of every latte, cappuccino, americano, and cortado we make. We source specialty grade beans, freshly roasted for us. The small differences are everything.

Who knew there are Master Sommeliers for coffee called Q Graders — and to be considered Specialty Grade, beans are scored on a scale of 1–100 and must hit 80 or above to make the cut. Most coffee we encounter every day doesn’t get there.
At Mad For Chicken Plainview, our beans are roasted to order for us using Specialty Grade beans — and we’re making it easily accessible for everyone to enjoy. Whether it’s on the go, dining in, or ordering for delivery, you’re getting a fresh, quality cup - every single time. Sweat the details ✌️

MAD mornings is now in full swing - and with spring upon us , we’re just warming up as your all-day neighborhood hub for great food, drinks, and now elevated coffee.
As coffee enthusiasts, we’re super excited to elevate the coffee game — hidden in plain sight right here in Plainview. We’re growing this program with intention and together with this community. Specialty grade espresso, carefully crafted latte drinks, and rotating single origin offerings from some of the world’s finest growing regions — think Ethiopian with its bright blueberry and floral notes, Guatemalan with its rich chocolate and caramel depth, Peruvian with its clean, smooth, and perfectly balanced finish. To enjoy on the go or right here in our cozy digs, morning, day, or night. And together with our full bar, refreshers, and ice cream — let’s just say our craft senses are in overdrive.
