PSA!! If you were the gentlemen that talked to me about the cheesemaking process the other night at the Nashua Public Library - Iowa program, could you please reach out??

I’d say it’s a long shot, but with it being small town Iowa, not many of us know a former cheesemaker that makes cheese as a hobby! 🤣 If you know him, please tag him!

You know when you walk into a store and it’s like your current self but also 10-year-old self would have absolutely died and gone to heaven because it was so cool?! Lou James & Company checks that box for me.

I’m not even going to even list all the awesome things they carry because you’ve seriously got to check it out for yourselves! Located in Charles City!

But they do carry our cheese curds (just dropped off squeaky fresh ones today), ice cream, and tallow skincare products meaning when you shop here, you’re also supporting me. And that’s a win-win! 😋
