If you love mahi-mahi, you’re going to want to try our Cajun Wahoo! This tropical fish is mild, slightly sweet, firm and lean — with none of that overly “fishy” taste.

We serve it over fragrant coconut-lime rice, alongside honey-butter steamed carrots, then finish it with a rich and creamy coconut curry sauce and bright, fresh mango salsa.

It’s sweet, savory, a little spicy, and full of tropical flavor. 🌶️🌴
