Caseificio il Casolare make some of the most beautiful cheeses in the world… We only used Caseificio il Casolare at Giambotta… Were so happy to have Caseificio il Casolare Mozzarella di Bufala here again at Dario Mercato… you can eat it with some prosciutto, or you can eat it like a Caprese thru the Summer… here til 10ish…
