🍅 The Caprese is back by popular demand, stacked with fresh mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze.

🥓 The BLTA brings together crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, and smooth avocado for the ultimate classic.

🍍 The Pineapple Vegetable Medley is a bright, refreshing combination of seasonal vegetables with a sweet pineapple twist.

We’ve had to make 3x the amount of coconut cold foam than we anticipated. Thanks for the love on the summer drink menu!! We’ll be open until 9pm this evening. Stop in and grab one if you haven’t yet!

The Summer Signature Drink Menu is LIVE ☀️

The Beach Day: a latte with house-made salted caramel sauce, topped with a coconut cold foam that offers just the right amount of sweetness 🥥

Lavender Haze Matcha Lemonade: Hubbard & Cravens Matcha paired with TGR lemonade and sweetened with a house-made Lavender Earl Gray syrup. 🪻🍵🍋

Blueberry Fizz: House-made Blueberry Basil syrup, espresso, and tonic water come together for a delightfully refreshing and caffeinated sip. 🫐

The Dale: A nod to one of our very first regulars who had a “usual” before we even opened our doors at TGR. A Blueberry White Mocha topped with Blueberry cold foam.

**any of our new seasonal syrups can be added to any latte, cold brew, tea, or lemonade. Feel free to mix and match and let us know what your favorite combinations are.**

The countdown is ON! 🌿✨ The Plainfield Farmers Market returns Wednesday, May 20th, and we are so excited for another amazing season!

Below you will find our 2026 vendor list so you can start planning your Wednesdays with us! From fresh produce and baked goods to handmade items, meats, flowers, sweet treats, and more — we have an incredible lineup of returning favorites and new vendors joining us this year. We will be uploading a map with parking information soon as well!
