Chef Paula has been cooking and creating home made pastries since the late 1970's. She developed a love of food as a small child after receiving her first "Easy Bake Oven". She eventually moved on to the family's kitchen where her mother encouraged her to explore her creativity. By the time she was in high school, her Culinary skills had developed so well that she was preparing meals for the family on a regular basis. The family often entertained for extended family and friends at their home, which drove a young Chef Paula to become more creative. For many years, Chef Paula had worked a full time corporate position while raising her own family. During that time, she has prepared menus and table spreads for countless events. Her love for making people happy through their stomachs, eventually pushed her to return to school to receive formal training and a Culinary Degree. Once you have tasted any of Chef Paula's Culinary delights, you will constantly crave more.
