We are a family owned and operated business. Coming from the Buffalo, NY area. We moved to Indiana a little over 10 years ago. Quite frankly, we missed our hometown pizza. After a lot of testing and planning we decided to bring it to Plainfield, IN. Everything from the pizza sauce, dough, logs, and breads are handmade in house with our own personal recipes. Even our wing sauces and cheese sauce, with the exception of the BBQ sauce because, well let’s be honest, who can beat Sweet Baby Ray’s? Our vegetables are sliced fresh in house, our beef and sausage is cooked and hand crumbled right in our kitchen. We are huge on quality and making sure our customers are happy and full! We take a lot of pride in what we do and we’re happy to bring it to the local community. We’ve been open for a year now and let us tell you, it’s been AMAZING! The support from the Plainfield and surrounding communities has been awesome. We look forward to your continued support and thank you for welcoming us, sharing our page, and spreading the word.
