Madfish from Western Australia is actually a blend of 89% Sauvignon Blanc and 11% Semillon.

This region is having huge success with these blends! Each grape varietal brings important characteristics to the juice. Sauvignon Blanc is instrumental in delivering fresh and highly aromatic aromas and flavors into the blend. Semillon, on the other hand, has the job of bringing all the weight, viscosity, length, and structure into the wine.

This bright, acidic blend has flavors and aromas of green apple, citrus, lychee, passion fruit, quince, lime, honeydew, lemon cookie, and a mouth-watering finish.
