Our coffee shop and roastery are in the city of Placentia. We were established in 2012 and opened our first retail location in 2019. We offer a menu that is focused on traditional and progressive coffee beverage preparation. We have a wide variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages as well as breakfast foods and snacks.

Drew has been such an integral part of the heart here at GS (we can’t remember a time before her!) She’s moving on to an exciting new chapter, but we wanted to take a moment to celebrate her as a key player behind what makes our shop such a great spot for community and coffee.

From coffee production and menu development, to the culture behind bar, we are so grateful to have had Drew on our team❤️
