This past Friday, Matthew started his very first job at Inclusive Grounds and got right to work. He learned the roasting process, jumped in with the team, and didn’t miss a beat. You could tell right away he was meant for this. He’s already built a great connection with Selena and our lead roaster Michael, and we’re just getting started

This is what inclusion looks like. Real jobs. Real opportunity. Real people showing up and doing great work.

We are thrilled to celebrate 570 Day!! 🤍

This year’s theme, the celebration of the spirit of showing up, is something we see every single day here in NEPA.

It’s in the people who walk through our doors. The businesses that support our mission. The families, staff, and community members who continue to show up, again and again, to build something meaningful together.

At PA Inclusive, Coffee Inclusive, and Inclusive Grounds, showing up means creating real opportunity. It means inclusive employment and support. It means a space where everyone belongs and has the chance to grow.

We love this region for its heart, its grit, and its people. NEPA continues to prove that when a community shows up, anything is possible. Thank you for over 11 years of service and love!

This past week, Selena had her first official day roasting at Inclusive Grounds! 🙌

She worked alongside our lead roaster Michael and helped roast and bag up our decaf and radiance blend. Stop by this week and grab a bag of our decaf (or your favorite blend) and support what we’re building here!!

Radiance ☀️ (medium)
Embrace 🌙 (dark)

He had a blast and did an awesome job. We’re really proud of him!! ❤️

We’re grateful to 28/22 News (WBRE/WYOU) for highlighting the launch of Inclusive Grounds Coffee Company and the next step in our mission.

Inclusive Grounds was created to expand opportunities by providing coffee roasting training and employment for individuals with diverse abilities, helping bring our impact beyond the café and into the wider community.

This is just the beginning and we are thankful for the incredible support that continues to make this possible.

We’re excited to see Inclusive Grounds Coffee Company featured by WNEP as we begin this new chapter.

Inclusive Grounds was created to expand our mission by providing training and employment opportunities in coffee roasting for individuals with diverse abilities. This next step allows us to grow beyond the café and bakery while creating even more pathways for inclusion.
