A VERY special couple of guests behind the bar today! 👀⚾☕️

We were thrilled to welcome Oswaldo Cabrera of the New York Yankees and RailRiders, along with his wife, Ari, to Coffee Inclusive! 💙

Oswaldo and Ari jumped right in with our team, volunteered, learned to make coffee and matcha, and of course had to try our 90s menu! 📼🔥

Huge thank you to Oswaldo, Ari, and Krista from the RailRiders for spending the day with us and helping spread what Coffee Inclusive is all about.

This July, we celebrate people of all abilities and recognize the history, achievements, and contributions of the disability community while honoring the ADA and the advocates who helped make inclusion possible.

At PA Inclusive, Coffee Inclusive, and Inclusive Grounds, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live, work, learn, and belong in their community. Through inclusive employment, community connections, and opportunities for independence, we are proud to help create spaces where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.

This past Friday, Matthew started his very first job at Inclusive Grounds and got right to work. He learned the roasting process, jumped in with the team, and didn’t miss a beat. You could tell right away he was meant for this. He’s already built a great connection with Selena and our lead roaster Michael, and we’re just getting started

This is what inclusion looks like. Real jobs. Real opportunity. Real people showing up and doing great work.

We are thrilled to celebrate 570 Day!! 🤍

This year’s theme, the celebration of the spirit of showing up, is something we see every single day here in NEPA.

It’s in the people who walk through our doors. The businesses that support our mission. The families, staff, and community members who continue to show up, again and again, to build something meaningful together.

At PA Inclusive, Coffee Inclusive, and Inclusive Grounds, showing up means creating real opportunity. It means inclusive employment and support. It means a space where everyone belongs and has the chance to grow.

We love this region for its heart, its grit, and its people. NEPA continues to prove that when a community shows up, anything is possible. Thank you for over 11 years of service and love!
