Our pizza starts with a handcrafted dough made by us using Italian flours and old techniques which results in a flavorful thin, airy crust with a soft crunchy bite. All sauces are made fresh each day including organic red, pesto made with fresh basil & white mushroom. True to our Italian roots we make our own meatballs, and we offer the highest quality salami, hot and sweet Soppressata, large form

at pepperoni cups & sausage. Fresh vegetables including locally farmed cremini and sh*take mushrooms are roasted each day and our cheese is made with just a few natural ingredients and are from the finest domestic and international sources. After the oven we offer dozens of finishing touches including fresh basil, parmesan & pecorino cheese, truffled pecorino, extra virgin olive oil, hot truffle sauce, Mike’s Hot Honey, black truffle oil & salt & house ranch dressing. Our Buffalo Chicken & Chicken Bacon Ranch pizzas which are accompanied with our house ranch made with fresh herbs are a must try!
