It’s official!

We are hitting our stride on week two of NEW KNOSSOS HOURS, and Google approves.

11am - 10pm

New menu launch next. Date of launch coming soon.

Update!!

Such a crazy week but lots of momentum building. Last Monday, the Memorial Day brunch was a hit! Check out the photos to prove it. Guest Chef Junior knocked it aht of the park. Next chef takeover brunch (tentatively) scheduled for 6/26 and our guest chef is waiting in the wings. So exciting!! You know what else is exciting????

New hours start Tuesday!!

Tuesday through Saturday 11am until 10pm

The following week we will launch our Knossos 2.0 menu, and after that we will be rolling out the following as quickly as possible.

-UberEats service
-Toast POS (online ordering, table side service, fan club, and lots more)
-Patio Updates
-Knossos Ice Cream, Gelato, and Espresso (affogatos anyone???)
-Arcade and Gaming nights

Closing early tonight, kiddies. Turns out, changing the concept of your entire restaurant for only one day, kinda sucks….. but worth it!!
