the other night a group of friends asked about what we would recommend as “beginner tea”. Not the first time I’ve heard that question but for some reason it hit this time and I was like “woah…what IS beginner tea?” I’ve been thinking of it as tea that’s hard to over brew but I’m curious about what other people think. Especially people who don’t drink a ton of tea (hi nice to meet you), what would that mean to you?
