Travis is taking the T-Stop for a World Tour of its own with this pizzafied tapas dish!

The Gilda
Garlic oil, pizza cheese, green olives, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, manchego from Clover Creek Cheese Cellar, anchovies, lemon oil. (Vegan available).

This dish, the Gilda, is widely considered the first pintxos dish, and hailing from the Basque region, is typically served on a skewer! Look for the anchovies to be the star of this one and is hitting the menu as a celebration of Fey’s birthday later this month. Available in Mt. Lebanon now!

NEW POTW: GREEN CHILE CHICKEN

Inspired by her time as a resident of New Mexico, Sheryl whipped up this new Pie of the Week for Larimer enjoyment!

Green Chile Chicken
Green chile sauce, mozz, grilled chicken or seitan, pickled red onion, pickled jalapeños, green chile jam drizzle.

A little spicy, a little sweet, we think this pie is quite a treat! Sheryl Johnston & Andrew Marcus had a little trip to the Greco and Sons Inc. food show the other week, and we’re really impressed with the Green Chili Jam, which also led to the creation of this pizza. Available in Larimer this week!

RING OCTOBER IN AT THE POP-UP

This first week of October is looking pretty stellar for some riverside b**rs (though we have our eyes on Friday’s rainy forecast).

The sun is starting to set just a bit early, and the b**rs are tasting all the better for it. We’ve got a nice line up of trucks, our Dog Adoption event on Sunday from 1-4pm with A Friend In Need Small Dog Rescue, and a sexy lineup of draft options... including a little more Ginga Wheat! We also have kegs of Fat Gary and Harvest set for when something else kicks 🥾

Our half keg of Ginga that is on tap is definitely the last one of the season and we’re pretty sure it won’t make it to next week, so if you’re looking for a sip, make sure to head down to the Pop-Up.

We’re keeping the Hall of Fame pies rolling another week with this week’s pizza:

Colcannon
Buttery mashed potatoes, mozz and cheddar, sautéed cabbage and leeks, bacon or housemade tvp bacon, parsley.

We introduced this pizzafied Irish dish many years ago, and just like last week’s pie, yinz voted it to the top for a yearly return! This weeks the week. Enjoy it in Larimer through next Tuesday 😎.

We hope everyone enjoyed last week’s Oktoberfest celebrations at our Taproom! We poured plenty of Ofest drafts, but our guest taps have just a wee bit left in their kegs if you missed it and want to have a taste.

We had two special pies last week, but just one has woven its way onto this weeks menu:

Kebab & Weave - based on the Döner Kebab
Garlic oil, feta, gyro, tomato, pickles, onions, garlic-tahini sauce. (Available vegetarian and vegan)

We said see ya to the Later Tater (you can catch it next year!), but the Kebab & Weave is with us through Sunday in the South Hills! Come on dahn.

We’ve dosed a keg of our Fat Gary Brown Ale with some cocoa nibs for lil extra chocolaty lusciousness that melds beautifully with the nutty, roasty profile. It’s a great end cap b**r if you ask us! An after-pizza treat, if you will 😉.
