This June, we’re honoring chef Adam as “not our employee of the month”

My relationship with Adam goes all the way back to 2014 at the Pepperwood Grille in Greensburg, long before the days of Just Roll'd Up and Muddy Waters Oyster Bar

Our professional relationship has evolved over the years. We can always count on Adam to come through when we’re in a jam. Whether it be a cooking technique, an unexpected repair, or a new recipe, he truly is the jack of all trades in the kitchen. I consider him a great neighbor and an even better friend. Thanks for all you do, chef!!

As per the new tradition, we’re open on Highland from 11-3:30 today.. sadly, no food truck service at your favorite brewery, but feel free to bring your own pours to keep the Sunday vibin’ just right 👌🍻

Ever wonder what our ocean-raised salmon tastes like cooked? You don’t have to anymore! We now have Salmon Trim available to take back to your kitchen.

Since we order our fish fresh and portion it here in the shop, we end up with cuts that aren’t suitable for raw preparation, but are still amazing when cooked! Salmon fried rice, bbq salmon skewers, and salmon burgers are just a few of our favorites. Ask us for recommendations!

Portions are approximately 2 lbs for $12 fresh or $10 frozen.
