Gi-Jin is a gin and raw bar that re-imagines the sushi experience where we marry global ingredients with traditional Japanese flavors to create inspired combinations of texture, color, technique, and style. Our intimate space will operate on a reservation-only basis for groups up to four people. Phone reservations will be accepted prior to 3pm Mon-Fri, and online reservations are always open with

real-time availability. Each reservation is designated two hours in length in order for each party to enjoy their experience at their reserved time.
