✨Exciting news✨

Our award winning sandwich will be a featured special on our menu this week (and this week ONLY)

Voted “Best Sandwich” 🏆at the Northside Sandwich competition hosted by The Northside Chronicles. The King dipper, honoring our newest title as Sandwich King of The Northside, will be available 11/4-11/9!

If you didn’t get a chance to try The King Dipper with us at the Priory, or if you did and have been craving it… this is the PERFECT time to stop down for a visit!!! .sandwichweek

Last night the staff of the Chamber came out to support our members involved in the Northside Chronicles’ Northside Sandwich Week ! Of the eight participating restaurants, five are chamber members. Big shout out to: Penn Brewery , Wise County Biscuits & Cafe , North Shore Tavern , Ida's Sandwich Shop , and The Foundry Table & Tap . Several Board Members were also part of the evening: Mark Masterson, Matt Napper, and Nathan Catalano.
Chamber members Ya Jagoff! emceed the event for the evening.

Our brand new Pork Belly Bites. Pan-seared pork belly with an apple-bourbon glaze to incorporate the Fall flavor 🍁 Garnished with pickled aji rico peppers and cinnamon gram dust. Our staff rated these a 10/10 and highly recommend as a starter for next visit 😄🤌🏻

From local fields to our kitchen—every ingredient has a story. Our Executive chef Darian and our Sous Chef Cam took a trip to Bounty Beneath mushroom farm located in Worthington, PA. As a farm to table restaurant we outsource our ingredients from local farms, like Bounty Beneath! Since the ingredients don’t travel far, they’re fresher, more flavorful, and grown with care. It’s about celebrating where your food comes from and the people who grow it. Creating a closer connection between farmer, chef, and restaurant. We admire Mike for what he does, and we are so happy to include these mushrooms on our menu to have options for all our Vegan friends out there.
