What’s a ghost kitchen? It’s a dining spot that serves guests exclusively through mobile ordering and pickup.

In May, our team joined the HEAL program in Rome to learn more about the Mediterranean diet and how that can be brought back and translated into our dining services here at Duquesne. The Mediterranean diet is more than just food. It focuses on culture and connection, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have shared this experience with everyone!
