Big news!!! 🚌

We just got our hands on this school bus and we’re officially starting our journey to turn it into a mobile coffee unit!

She’s got a long way to go (as you can see 😅), but we’re beyond excited to bring this vision to life step by step. Follow along as we transform this bus into something special; we’ll be sharing the entire process, behind-the-scenes, and all the ups and downs along the way.

After more than a decade of dedication, craftsmanship, and countless builds, Heenan Concessions is officially entering a new chapter. As Kevin Heenan steps back into retirement, the business will now continue forward under new ownership as Heenan Builds LLC.

This isn’t just a name change — it’s a continuation of a legacy.

Kevin built this company from the ground up over 10 years ago with a vision, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality that shaped every trailer and food truck that left the shop. For the past six years, Adam has worked alongside his father, learning the trade, mastering the craft, and helping grow the business into what it is today.

Now, Adam and his wife Nicole are proud to step into their roles as co-owners of Heenan Builds LLC — carrying forward the same values, craftsmanship, and dedication to every client, while bringing fresh energy, vision, and expansion into the future.

As we grow, we are excited to share that in the future, we plan to expand our services to include home renovations, bringing the same precision, integrity, and quality workmanship into residential projects.

Kevin may be stepping into retirement, but the foundation he built will always remain at the heart of this company.

Need more counter space in your food truck or trailer? Need a custom size cutting board?

We make covers for the 3 bowl sinks. You can use it to make a little more workspace and lift it off when its time to do the dishes. Most health departments allow the use of them since it lifts off to use the sinks. Its made from HDPE food grade cutting board material. The standard size is 14.5x34.5 (500 square inches) They have rounded edges and one hole to help lift it off the sink. They are very easy to clean, a little bleach/water spray and rinse. Pricing for the standard size which fits the sinks we use in most of our builds is $125. Custom sizes are available.

We have also made custom fish cleaning tables and exterior countertops for boats with the same material. Have an idea for something? Just ask.

At this time it is pickup only. Pickup can be at our shop in the South Park/Jefferson Hills area or in Fox Chapel. Cash or Venmo, cards with fee. No checks accepted

Who wants a big beautiful mobile kitchen? This 24 footer would make an incredible kitchen. Big enough to make anything you can dream of. We did one this size in the past and it was totally awesome. We can also make it into a really cool mobile tiny home if you want to go that route. Building food trucks and trailers and also mobile ice cream, candy or coffee shops on wheels.
