🇪🇹Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Worka Sakaro ☕️💚💛❤️☕️🇪🇹 Drinking this delicious coffee this morning! Processed natural anaerobic, one of the most interesting Ethiopians I’ve ever tasted. I found it not as acidic as it cupped, sweetness and body were on point. On the pallet I get a strong sense of really good dark chocolate with all these soft berry undertones, you taste the fermentation throughout, it’s really beautiful and connecting. I won’t be wasting a drop with this profile, put some leftover brew in the fridge for a iced coffee later and I already know that it’s going to be outstanding! $15 a pound on this one, sorry had to in order to support new processes.

Hey Everyone! Cranberry Farmers Market today 3-7 @ the municipal building. We’re so sorry but I & I can’t make it again. We will be there from here on out tho. Once my wife finishes teaching school and can be our driver we’re golden, PennDOT seems like they will be dragging their feet on me for awhile. Trust me I wish I was up there selling some fresh beans in the open air feeling somewhat normal, meeting and talking to yins, picking up fresh veggies for ourselves, ughhh, soon. See yins next week! Remember don’t be surprised, I have a lot less hair than last summer.
