Sahar's food lab We are Sahar & Jeremy Unhindered By Genre We offer an ever changing menu of international & imaginative cuisines We are Sahar & Jeremy (she/her, he/him).

We moved here from NYC in Nov 2022 & opened our truck coincidentally a yr later. We live in the South Side Slopes & have been able to learn about, and discover, Pittsburgh through our truck, giving us a beautifully diverse image of this city. Our menu changes, we always offer at least one plant based option, we mostly have no idea what we're doing & absolutely loving it.

-fri evening, summer concert series by the water. benches & tables w coverage, open grass spaces to sprawl out, live music for hrs & food trucks galore

-sat afternoon, straight in the middle of bloomfield yard sales, we'll be w aerialtealounge where u can learn to crochet plant propagation holders.& it's my bday! 46, forever confused, always lost, & shamelessly ok w it all 🙃

-sun afterrnoon, up to allentown for more weird s**t we're totally fond of. a market. a flea. a bunch of others who also enjoy the non ordinary

we have beef cooked in coconut milk w soy sauce served w rice, and taro cooked in coconut milk w molasses

-not pictured: my drink, original gangster, w gin, lime, simple syrup & mint. leme tell u, i *love* tart & this. was. it!! i'm usually disappointed w drinks containing lemon/lime cuz they're way too sweet. this drink! 🥰 if i could've ordered a gallon to take home... 😬

and to top off everything, our server was fantastic! vibes for days, server & the spot itself
