Corbin, Corbin, Corbin. What the f**k do I say about Corbin?
I haven’t really gone public with the fact that Corbin is even with us as there was a bit of controversy over his return. (Another story for another day)

Corbin is basically glue. He literally holds it all together. He is our Kitchem Manager, our head Chef and he’s our friend. Corbin makes everyone around him better. When I see a 26 year old with the attitude, work ethic, drive and ambition like he has it inspires you to do everything you can to help him achieve his goals. (Though he needs no help)
I can’t wait to see what you do with your career. Selfishly I hope you’re with us forever. Unselfishly I hope you’re not because you my friend are in for BIG things.
But while we do have you I couldn’t imagine experiencing these milestones without you. Thank you for everything you do!
And to you’re amazing fiancé Taylor. You busted your f**king ass like a f**king champion on Saturday. Thank you for joining us. 🍕🙏❤️

Special thanks to this dude right here. Brandon came to us sort of by accident. He literally came in just for slices one day. I randomly peeked my head out and said hello. Within 5 minutes he was in my kitchen and within days of that he was working with us.
Brandon is a pizza enthusiast and our conversation that day was about his pizza and how to make his better. That turned into “why not work here part time and learn?”.
By day Brandon works within the charter education system. By night he is turning into an amazing pizza maker. He also teaches his kids at the school pizza during the summer.
I want to publicly thank you Brandon on behalf of myself and the family. We enjoy having you around and it’s so fun to see your constant determination to get better every sing day.
Thank you for coming to NYC with us to take part in this milestone on pizzas biggest stage.

Let’s talk about Seni!!! (Shay-nee)

Seni was with us for a relatively short amount of time (4 months). But, it was an important time period where he played integral role within our walls.
The entire time he was with us we knew It was temporary as he was finishing seminary and potentially landing his dream job in either Scotland or Los Angeles. He ended up with the latter and was subsequently on to bigger and better things.
Seni was with us still when we found out we were going to be participating in the One Bite Pizza Fest and if there was anything he may have been slightly bummed about, it was missing that.
We couldnt imagine doing it without him. Seni graciously agreed to take a weekend away from his family to help and join us for this amazing day amd flew out from L.A. to rock the pizza game on the biggest stage.

Thank you Seni for making the trek!

Unsung hero of the day award goes to one of my oldest friends.
Frank showed up at 7:30am ready to roll and document the day for us. Throughout the day as the craziness came in waves we were able to enjoy some downtime to chill, socialize and celebrate the day.
Frank however, literally NEVER stopped working. We didn’t get back to the hotel until about 12:30AM and there wasn’t a minute in the day that he was not filming, taking photos or planning his next shots.
It was amazing to have him and his father with us to capture every moment. It was equally amazing to witness the work ethic, professionalism and stamina that it takes to do that work.

Thank you Frank. YOU ARE AMAZING and I appreciate you more than I can express. 🍕🙏❤️

Caputo Brothers Creamery aren’t just some of the best cheesemakers in the country — they’re in a league of their own.
But what truly sets them apart isn’t just the quality of their cheese, it’s the incredible level of care, customer service, and genuine friendship they offer.

As we prepared for the One Bite Pizza Fest in NYC this weekend, we were running into some serious logistical hurdles getting all of our ingredients to the venue.

Knowing they deliver to Pittsburgh on Wednesdays and NYC on Thursdays, the Caputo Brothers team went above and beyond — picking up our tomatoes in Pittsburgh and personally dropping them off at my father’s house in NYC, along with all of our cheese for the event.

That generous gesture crossed two huge tasks off our chaotic to-do list, and I am beyond grateful for their kindness and support.
