It’s the last night for our summer tomato & corn edition of Festa di Pasta! 🍅 The rain has finally cleared, so what better way to spend your Thursday?! Garganelli with short rib sugo has been the winner so far. Will its fan-favorite title remain, or will another plate pas-ta it by? Sorry for the 🌽y line…wish we could blame it on AI, but this is just real pasta made by real people promoted by actual humans who love carbs. 🖐️ Happy pasta fest!

🌼 The birth of a ravioli 🌼 Braised Duck Ravioli, one of six small plates from our Festa di Pasta menu, can be yours through Thursday! 🦆 We stuff our ravioli with braised duck leg then serve over corn crema with herbed tomatoes and top with crispy duck prosciutto. It’s pretty ducking fantastic.
