Jimmy Z's South Hills Jimmy Z's Pizza started in 2001 when a local pizza legend teamed up with business man, Jim Zito, to develop a unique pizza sauce on a twice-baked square crust.

It is now a local favorite in both Houston and Castle Shannon, PA!
