For those looking to book an escape to Spork Island, booth reservations for groups are now available online - but table and bar seating remains first come, first served. Spork Island is currently open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays starting at 5pm with last seating at 10pm. Website link in comments.

1. Nine More Lives

One sip might not give you nine more lives, but it’ll make you feel like you’re on island time. Crafted with pineapple rum, Campari, overproof rum, fresh lime, cinnamon, and topped with sparkling wine.

2. Sporky Cooler

A refreshing tropical blend of fashionola, mango, pineapple, pistachio orgeat, and fresh lemon. Bright, fruity, and completely alcohol-free.

3. Banana Hammock

A smooth tropical blend of banana rum, banana liqueur, fresh lime, orgeat, and bitters, finished with a crunchy banana chip garnish.

4.Sophisticated Ape

A bold blend of pot still rum and blended Scotch, layered with banana liqueur, vanilla, cinnamon pineapple, fresh lime, and bitters for a rich tropical cocktail with a refined finish.

5. Galeophobia

A bold tropical blend of blueberry rum, macadamia nut, bright citrus, sangria orgeat, and cinnamon. Smooth, vibrant, and full of unexpected flavor.

Thank you for the overwhelming support during our first ever week of operation! Spork Island Trading Company is currently walk-in only, no reservations, and open at 5pm every Friday, Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Last seating at 10pm.

The kitchen offers carefully composed shareable plates with bold, globally inspired flavors. Behind the bar, an extensive rum collection anchors a tropical cocktail program made with fresh juices, house-made syrups, and premium spirits.

🌋 This is an intimate and immersive experience. Seating is limited to a handful of hideaway booths and the bar itself.

✨ On our busiest nights, we may ask crews to wrap their visit within two hours so the next group of explorers can come ashore.
