What started as a surreal review from Dave turned into an invite to One Bite Pizza Fest Fest. Six hours on the road, late-night prep & prayers over dough later, we fired up the Marra Forni & shared Pizza Lupo with thousands. šŸ•āœØ

Breaking bread with David Portnoy ā€“ El Presidente & his legendary banter) made it unforgettable. Huge love to Cheese Foodservice for the cheese, for their warmth & generosity, for the energy, , (party crew šŸ™Œ), & for guidance, stories & mozzarella.

Most of all ā€” the Lupo Crew: Ben, Monique, Dan, Noah, Joe & Greg. None of this happens without you. The best moments werenā€™t just the pizza, but the friendships, laughter & memories.

They donā€™t make it look easyā€”because itā€™s not. After 24-hour fire shifts, they head straight to the shop to start the day kneading dough, all while carrying the full-time job of being dads.

They carry more than most will ever see. To all the dads who give their allā€”we see you, we respect you, and weā€™re grateful for all you give.
