Jumbo shrimp and crab meat, all wrapped up like the main character they are—in delicate egg noodles—then casually (but also dramatically) drizzled in a trio of tamarind, coconut, and Panang curry sauces. It’s giving luxury. It’s giving “I’m not sharing.” It’s giving…order another one just in case.
