To celebrate International Coffee Day, we are sharing a look at what is redefining what coffee can be at our bar. Meet Luis Aníbal Calderón from Finca Villa Betulia (Acevedo, Huila)—a legendary pioneer who has turned his farm into an experimental processing laboratory.

Through precise fermentations managed inside his own family-built quality lab, he coaxes wild, tropical fruit profiles out of every single harvest.

We are incredibly excited to announce that Colombino is bringing FIVE distinct coffees from his master collection directly to our bar very soon:

👑 EL DORADO CATEGORY (Exotic & Rare)
• Wush Wush – An incredibly rare, fruit-forward powerhouse.
• Java – Elegant, complex, and highly floral.

💎 FARMER’S RESERVE CATEGORY
• Castillo Honey Process – Perfectly balanced with intense, jammy sweetness.

🌿 REGIONAL COFFEES CATEGORY
