A few numbers for this week:
* 5 gallons of fresh milk and cream - weekly delivered by Jeff Brunton, the Milk Man (and I am recognized now as the Gelato Man!)

* 15 batches of fresh made gelato - small batches handcrafted with attention to the details

* 300 coppette - gelato is already portioned in single serving of about 100 grams. Single flavor or 2 flavors

* 12 hours production (my back!)
* 4 hours washing (I like anyway)
