Ingredients (1 serving)
Golden Milk Base
• 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or whole milk froths best)
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ⅛ tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of black pepper (activates turmeric)
• 1–2 tsp honey (to taste)
• Tiny splash of vanilla (optional but elite move)
Coffee
• 1–2 shots espresso (Hat Trick Roast)
OR
• ½ cup very strong brewed coffee (Any favorite from us)

Simplest Method (No Fancy Equipment Needed)
1. Heat the milk in a microwave-safe mug for 60–90 seconds.
2. Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, honey, and vanilla.
3. Whisk with a fork (or use a cheap handheld frother if you have one).
4. Pour in espresso or strong coffee.
5. Stir, top with a light dusting of cinnamon, and enjoy your gold medal moment.

Barista Tip 🔥
If you want it extra smooth:
Mix the spices with a tablespoon of hot water first to make a paste before adding to milk. This prevents clumping and gives you that café-level texture.
