He provides exceptional service and outstanding plates in a clean, warm, and welcoming environment. 35 years of perfecting his passion for the industry, he now brings it all together as he takes on an ownership role in his authentic Sicilian Italian restaurant named after his immigrant great grandparents, the Cancillas.
