operation will be invigorated by monthly service commitments with after school programs & outreach organizations. Summer internships with high school students will provide valuable culinary training to aspiring teens. We recognize that building relationships & careers are just as important as building great food. People make businesses great & communities vibrant. We hope to provide opportunities to teach, learn, & grow.

Nothing quite like the afternoon chatter of the shop after a busy lunch rush. We restock, clean, prep, and when we have time take on a little r&d. Ask for a sample side (2 oz) of this new Serrano-Jalapeno Hot Salsa. It finishes a little hotter than our Chipotle hot salsa without the vinegary, smoky, garlicky notes of the Chipotle hot salsa. Pairs well with carnitas, chicken, and the fresh veg.

See you at the counter, online, or for delivery 9am-3pm today… and we have a catering order on Saturday afternoon and still have room for a few more this weekend if you are looking to feed the fam, team, or office. Shoot us a line and we can probably make it happen.
