We are still working on getting our property back from the building management and the owners of the property. As time passes, it looks less and less likely we will be able to reopen in another location. Building management (Dave at campus bookstore) and the lawyer (Henry Menghini) continue to flat out ignore our attempts to get paperwork or work on a way for us to get what is legally ours. Even refusing to let go of a wedding ring left in the business. As frustration grows we hope nobody has to go through what we have. The tens of thousands we have spent repairing the property that is poorly managed went nowhere and we just hope to get cooperation as they continue to do what they want with complete disregard to the legal system.

As we continue our battle against building management and the owners of the property it appears the building is being leased to another tenant. Rather than letting us in to get personal items and food( that would have been donated to the lords diner) the building management decided to let it spoil. We have been very willing to work with them to try to come to a resolution. They will not work with us and have even made threats against me. We will continue to fight for our right to get our personal items out but it's not looking very promising. I was told by building management that the owners care only for profit and have no remorse.

We are still trying to work with building management to get our equipment and personal items out of the old building. Unfortunately they are making it very tough on us. We are hoping we can get into the building at some point in the future but as of right now it doesn't look like they are willing to work with us. Any questions or input should be voiced to Dave at campus bookstore. He seems to be the ring leader in evicting small business. We will try to keep everybody posted.

We have been notified by building management that we will be closed for business. We were unable to reach our goals and the owners let us know that they will not allow us to operate any longer.

Making the big push this weekend to stay open. We will reopen tonight and tomorrow night at 11pm for some late night gyros. We will also be open Sunday for breakfast and lunch. Hope to see you soon!
