Good morning, everyone! It’s been a little while since we’ve shared an update, so we wanted to give you a quick look at what’s happening.

Site work is well underway, including ATV access and a large parking area! We’ve also recently brought in the new building, which is now in place and ready for the next steps. There’s still quite a bit to do, so we’re taking our time and making sure everything is done right.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be opening May 2027 and can’t wait to welcome everyone! We look forward to seeing you all! 🍦🏗️🚧

Good morning followers and supporters!!

After all required permits were obtained, we began the property cleanup process. During this time concerns about the cleanup were brought up by the town. As a result, the town halted the work and involved the Department of Environmental Services (DES) for review.

After approximately five weeks of working closely with DES, the matter has been resolved and cleanup activities are now moving forward. Unfortunately, this delay required us to cancel all previously scheduled work.

Now that the issue has been addressed, we will be working with everyone involved to resume preparations and move the property toward being ready for Moose Alley Cones once again.

Please know that no one wants to see this property open more than we do. We have invested countless hours of hard work behind the scenes to make this happen, which is why these delays have been incredibly disheartening for us.

At this time, we are still uncertain whether we will be able to open this year. We remain committed to moving the project forward and will continue to keep everyone updated as we learn more. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support throughout this process.

Here is an update…..

Septic has been APPROVED, now we will move forward with the site work and the moving of the building to its new home. Please have some patience as this is a process.
