Hey friends! Say hello to ! Nessa is in her second week with us here at Toast. She's completing a three week internship for her Escoffier schooling.

Our co-owner & chef, Heather, enjoys using her culinary teaching experience & years in the industry to mentor individuals with interest in hospitality. When she heard that Vanessa needed a place to get hands on experience she reached out. Nessa has learned about kitchen management, inventory management, payroll, accounting, menu management, HR & many other restaurant/business specific categories.

She plans to take the knowledge she's learning here at Toast & her degree to open her own small business: so be sure and follow her progress!

Golden, crispy polenta with roasted red bell peppers, topped with an over easy egg, "The Mix"(bacon, garlic, onion, mushroom, tomato) & fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano
