The face behind the G-Wagon? Meet Griffin.

Hey Pittsburg! I'm Griffin Rink, a local guy who grew up here and has spent the last 10 years cooking in professional kitchens. Food has always been my passion, and now I'm taking a shot at a dream I've had for a long time—starting my own food truck.

That's where the G-Wagon comes in.

The G-Wagon is my chance to bring the food I love to cook directly to the people of Pittsburg. From creative specials to smashed favorites with my own twist, my goal is to serve food that's fresh, flavorful, and worth coming back for.

I'm lucky enough to be doing this with the support of my family, and you'll find The G-Wagon parked at the dRink Yard, right beside my parents as they continue bringing their vision to life, creating a place where everyone feels welcome and part of the community.

I'm excited to be part of something new and to share my passion with the people of Pittsburg—because life really is better smashed.
