Here at the restaurant we have Chile rellenos, a fan favorite. This Chile are poblano that we get from Mexico every 2 weeks. They undergo a cleaning process to peel and de seed the pepper, afterwards it is stuff either with cheese or your personal stuffing mixture. Here they are stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Afterward, they are coated in a egg and flour mixture, deep fried and served. The Chile relleno is truly a Delicacy to enjoy !

On the left is Tacos de la Calle with stk. you can alos get them with Chicken, chorizo y lengua.

On the right is Poblano Chile Relleno with chicken. You can also enjoyed it with Steak, or cheese only for our vegetarian 🌱 option.
