It's that time of year!!! Chefja cooks smoked meats for the holidays!!! Smoked meats and sides :
Turkey 12-14 lb av. 70
Brisket 8-10 lb av. 135
Prime rib 11-13 lb av. 275
Pork butt 6-8 lb av. 65

Sides feeds 10 to 12:
Mac and cheese 30
Mashed Potato/gravy 30
Traditional Dressing 25
Sweet potato casserole 25
Green beans casserole 25
Pies: Apple, Sweet potato, pumpkin or sugar cream 15

Thanksgiving day 9am -3pm
