Meet the Franco. 🇮🇹

Thinly sliced Rovagnati Italian porchetta, earthy truffle cream, shaved Pecorino Toscano DOP, and peppery arugula—all tucked into our golden, crispy schiacciata.

Rich, savory, and full of flavor in every bite. 💚

A new sandwich, a new story, and the beginning of our Friday specials at Il Viaggio 1935.

We’re keeping the details to ourselves just a little longer, but here’s your first peek. 👀

Our Friday specials will be available on Fridays only, while supplies last—a little something extra to look forward to each week.

Fresh import alert! San Carlo 1936 chips direct from Milan are now live.

The Cacio e Pepe flavor is mind-blowingly good (think bold Pecorino + cracked pepper), and the rustic Skin-On ones are dangerously addictive, easy to finish in one sitting.

Some names have to be earned. 🇮🇹

In Florence, I fell in love with the history of the Medici family—their ambition, their influence, and their passion for the art that still makes the city so breathtaking.

Lorenzo de’ Medici, known as Lorenzo the Magnificent, became the inspiration for Il Magnifico.

And this sandwich had to live up to its name: Tuscan finocchiona, pecorino cream, fig spread, arugula, toasted walnuts, balsamic, and honey. Rich flavors, a little sweetness, and beautiful balance—all tucked into our crisp schiacciata.

A little indulgent. Full of character. Magnificent in its own way.

One bite, and there was only one name for it. 🤍

Welcome to Florence. Every meal is a journey
