To our HIH Pismo Cafe family ❤️
What an incredible journey this has been.
From the beginning, the love and support we received from Pismo Beach, our local community, and visitors from all over exceeded anything we could have imagined.
In fact, we learned pretty early on that the demand for what we do — and the way we do it — would ultimately require roughly three times the seating capacity available to us at our current location.
As this chapter of HIH Pismo Cafe comes to a close, we want to say thank you to every local, every family, every returning customer and every visitor who walked through our doors. You are what made this place special.
And while we’re closing the doors at this location, we’re excited about what the future may hold and the possibility of one day welcoming our family, friends, and customers — new and old — into a space capable of serving even more of you.
We also couldn’t close this chapter without recognizing Keshawn and Nick, the two kitchen managers who helped lead the HIH Pismo Cafe from the beginning.
These are two of the people behind the food that kept locals coming back and introduced so many Pismo Beach visitors to HIH Pismo Cafe. Their hard work, consistency and talent were a huge part of what we built.
As they begin their next chapter, we’d love to see that talent stay right here on the Central Coast. If you’re a local restaurant owner looking for experienced kitchen talent, these are two guys worth knowing.
