We are at a critical juncture in our business operations. We are experiencing a significant financial shortfall, with a $900 rent payment due this month.

To provide context, in December 2025, we incurred a theft incident that necessitated the acquisition of a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA). While these loans are often criticized for their high interest rates, we were compelled to take this action to cover our immediate expenses. Currently, we are incurring approximately $100 per day, five days a week, as a result of this loan.

Furthermore, the current economic climate and escalating costs have further exacerbated our financial challenges, making it difficult to meet our financial obligations. We are gradually falling behind on our bills and risk losing our current premises, as per the terms of our lease agreement.

Despite the support we have received from many of you, we are seeking additional assistance to address this pressing issue. Once the MCA debt is fully repaid, we anticipate a return to normalcy and the ability to resume our operations effectively.

We sincerely appreciate your consideration and any support you can provide. Your assistance would be invaluable in helping us navigate this challenging period.
