You lucky lucky fools - Matt has made a batch of his famous mojo pulled pork that we’ve got on special this weekend. Slow smoked and then braised in a marinade of hand squeezed citrus juices. Served on a toasted bun with pickled onions and a side of chips (or swap chips for potato salad). This m**o mojo won’t last long.
