Friday night we are doing a basic burger, French fries or homemade potato chips, and a drink for $10 plus tax. Saturday night Dalton “Bob” will be smoking some Big Ole Jumbo wings. Your choice of buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, Tangy J sauce, or just plain smoked - 8 wings and fries with ranch $12 per plate. Possible peanut butter pie for dessert.

Thursday, July 16th we will be closing at 12:30 today. We will be back open tomorrow morning at 6 am - 7 pm tomorrow night. We hate it if we miss you this afternoon and hope to see you tomorrow. Have a great Thursday 😊.

Tuesday night, well it’s ready now 🤗, we have Mac and Cheese for our special side, or if you would like we can make it loaded Mac and cheese. We can put pulled pork BBQ, plain or buffalo chicken tenders, or top it with crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar and sour cream. If we’ve got it we’ll put it on your Mack and cheese, or French fries, or homemade potato chips. We are open until 7 tonight. Regular menu available as well. Oh yeah I’m about to do a little quality control 😉 on the chocolate oatmeal cookies we have for dessert.

We have tonight’s special ready right now. We wanted it ready earlier so those wanting to try the special to be able to get it between storms today. Regular menu available as usual. We will be in the little red shack until 7 this evening, hope to see you soon.

Saturday Night Special Chicken Alfredo, side salad with homemade Ranch dressing, and garlic bread. Chocolate marble cake with homemade chocolate cream cheese icing.

We are actually doing two specials today and tonight. All day we are doing the salad plate special. You can choose three of our five salads - chicken salad, not pimento cheese, pasta salad, slaw, or potato salad and a croissant. For DINNER ONLY (4:00 until we run out) we are having meatloaf with fresh corn on the cob, homemade mashed potatoes, and a piece of Texas toast. I hope to have time to throw a dessert together 🤞🏻. Come see us when until 7 tonight. Regular menu available as always.

Wow. What a day we had yesterday. I told the boys we would probably wouldn’t be very busy because most people were probably grilling for the holiday. We had so many come by and either get pounds of bbq of a bunch of burgers, the salad plates and hot dogs were a pretty big hit too. We are so grateful to everybody that came to get something to eat and let us help you celebrate our countries birthday 🇺🇸. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate and love you all ♥️♥️♥️♥️.

So Dalton said last night we can’t celebrate Americas Birthday without hot dogs ♥️🇺🇸🌭 so hot dogs we shall have. I have all beef Nathan’s hot dogs. Regular bun length and quarter pound hot dogs as well. We will also have the salad plate available which will be chicken salad, pimento cheese, and pasta salad with a croissant on the side. Dessert will be a version of an apple pie.

Putting out a little reminder that we will be open tomorrow July 4th 🇺🇸 11am-7pm (regular Saturday hours). If you don’t feel like standing in the heat in front of the grill we will take care of you. We will not have a dinner special but I will make a special dessert, still trying to decide between two different recipes. I’ll post in the morning which one I go with. We hope everyone has a safe and fun 4th.

Taco Tuesday at Mama J’s. These are not you average/typical Tuesday night tacos. These are the way we do tacos 🌮. Pulled pork or smoked chicken and topped with homemade guacamole 🥑, pico de gallo 🍅, crumbled Fresca cheese 🧀, and shredded lettuce 🥬 . Soft tacos or fried crispy tacos your choice.
