Saturday, August 29th specials. For lunch we will have the salad plate - chicken salad, not pimento cheese, and past salad (can sub any of them for slaw or potato salad) $10. Dinner special - Ready around 3ish - Seared Smoked Pork Tenderloin and 2 sides $12. Special side will be mashed potatoes. Dessert will be butterfinger cake $3 per slice. We open until 7:00 tonight.
We will be closed Monday August 31st.

We wanted to go ahead and get out specials and hours posted for this weekend. Tomorrow is Game Day for our Eagles so we will close at 1:00 to get their pregame meal ready. We will open back up at 4:00-7:00 and we will have our Friday night Burger special then. That is our basic burger, fries or homemade potato chips, and a drink for $10. Also Friday morning means Flapjacks at Mama J’s for breakfast so we will have a breakfast special as well.
Saturday night special will be smoked tenderloin and mashed potatoes for a special side. Butterfinger cake for dessert for Saturday.

I forgot to put our special out yet. So sorry we have had a very busy Friday 🙌🏻. We have decided that Friday will be burger special day. So basic burger, fries or homemade chips, and a drink for $10. Come see us until 7.

Since Pisgah’s first home football game will be Tomorrow, Thursday, August 20th we close at 1:00 to start prepping the pre game meal for the football team. So with them playing on Thursday we will be open from 6am - 7 pm on Friday.

Because it is so stinking hot today I did get all of the salads ready for a salad plate option for tonight. Not only is it cooler it is also a quick grab and go if you are in a hurry. Not pimento cheeses, smoked chicken salad, pasta salad, and a croissant. $10

We love this time of year. Fall is coming and with it so is football. We have the privilege of feeding our Pisgah Eagle football team again this year ♥️🦅🏈. With that being said our Friday schedule will be a little different for the next several weeks. We will open at 6 am as usual and take our last lunch orders at 1 to start prepping pre game meals for our boys. We will deliver the meals and open back for dinner from 4pm-7pm. So if you aren’t going to the game or want to grab something beforehand come by and see us.

About this time 1 year ago we were all still up getting everything ready for opening day. After two hours of sleep we headed out to the restaurant to begin our journey as restaurant owners/operators. I jumped in head first into biscuit dough and on about my third batch of biscuits I looked up and saw the amount of people in our little shack 😳. I wanted to run back to the house and rethink a whole lot of things. I saw Grant Smith leaning against the bar just smiling at me. He said, “you’ve got this.” He must have seen the fear in my eyes and knew I needed to hear that. That sweet boy has no idea how bad I needed that little bit of encouragement at that point early in the day. We haven’t got it all figured out just yet and every single day is different. Some days are insanely 🤪 busy and others I may fall asleep 😴 with my head on the bar waiting for somebody to stop by. I also never realized how many people come through our little piece of the world but we have met people from all over. We were even a destination spot for some Duke University students during their spring break. We have been supported by our community and a whole lot of the surrounding communities. To say Thank You seems inadequate but we truly from the bottom of our hearts thank you for eating with and visiting us. We hope to see you all tomorrow as we celebrate turning “1”, we will be out there from 6am-7pm tomorrow ♥️🍔🐖.
