We’re excited to invite you to our first of many coffee cupping classes at Chapter 2 Coffee Roasters!

Never heard of coffee cupping before? That’s exactly why we’re starting with a beginner class. Whether you’re a coffee lover, curious to learn more, or simply want to try something new, you’re welcome here. No coffee expertise required!

Join us for an evening of tasting, learning, and exploring the world of coffee as we:

- Learn where coffee comes from
- Explore different coffees & how they’re roasted
- Learn how to identify aromas and flavors
- Taste and compare different coffees
- Share what we notice along the way

Join us this Saturday, October 10th from 9 AM–2 PM at the Metuchen Farmers Market for a special charity event supporting the Shade Tree Commission.

For every $4 you spend, Chapter 2 Coffee Roasters will donate $1 toward planting a tree at the Metuchen Town Plaza.

Come grab your favorite coffee, support local, shop the market, and help us give a little back to the community we love. 🤎

Meet Evan, Rutgers Football designer, photographer, and Chapter 2 regular!

From studying marketing and grinding on freelance projects at our communal tables to securing his full-time role, Chapter 2 was his dedicated workspace every step of the way.

We built this open space for moments just like this, where good coffee, community energy, and big goals collide.
