Square Cut SquareCut is an Indian bistro/bakery open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are SquareCut, an Indian Bistro & Bakery café in New Jersey.

In addition to our cafe food, we tout a full bakery specializing in vegan-friendly cakes, breads and more. Open for 7 days a week, we tout a unique menu of baked goods like our delicious cakes and European style pastries, puffs & croissants stuffed with Indian favorites such as chicken tikka, paneer tikka, to a delicious meld of traditional Indian cuisine and american quick serve food unlike any other.
