What if we told you we sell bulks of your favorites? ☕️🙃

Behold, the fridge of treasures!! Whether you want a half-gallon of goodness to drink over the weekend or you're throwing it in a cooler for a long haul, there's never a reason to be without your favorite drink. If you think you'll be buying bulk often, you can get a bulk loyalty card in addition to your drink card-- ten signatures and that 11th sweet bulk is FREEEEEE!!
Here's what we've got:

BULK MENU (all half gallons/64 oz.):

Cold Brew/Masala Chai $16.00 (add flavor for $3.00 (caramel, vanilla, etc))
Whole Milk $5.00 (the milk we use in our drinks! Rich and real, with all the good stuff, local from Indian Creek Creamery in Coldwater.)
Sweet Milk $5.00 (companion to your cold brew!)
A2 milk $5.75 (Google this because we can't fit all the information in one post, but worth a read if you're dairy sensitive!)
Chocolate Milk $6.00 (This stuff is tricky to get ahold of, so if you want to order any, call/text us ASAP so we can order it from our supplier. It always sells out on their end AND ours! Real chocolate without the excess syrupy-sweetness.)

If you want to order bulk anything, please call/text us in advance ASAP (937-418-7205) so we can prepare it for pickup the next day. The classics reign high for a reason-- now, order bulk and enjoy them anytime from the comfort of home!

COLD BREW SPECIAL!!! 🌟🌟🌟

In honor of our good friend Britton Decker, who has a personal connection to one of the best coffee grower/roasters in Guatemala, we are offering as a June special Britton's Guatemalan Gold cold brew (half-gallon bulks only, 64 oz), with a special price of $12.75. He helped us, we're helping you.

Fans of our house Sumatra cold brew will almost certainly love this one, with the smooth Guatemalan blend enhanced by blackstrap molasses, brown sugar, and cinnamon. It is not sweet-- just a subtle but sublime kick to the back of the palate, and perfectly paired with our sweet milk.

Happy weekend, folks, and here begins the action!!! If you're a budding musician or a passionate listener, our Musicians' Open Jam is the place to be, starting at 10:00 AM today. Anyone's welcome to join, and between jamming itself, talking with peers, comparing tricks and yet more jamming, there's lots of entertainment to be had. Bring as many friends as you can! Don't forget to grab a Chicago Italian Beef on your lunch break, our weekend special with the kick-arsch vibe we're known for. On the other hand, if you're strawberried out-- look no further than our buddy Al's favorite year-round classic (and a central pillar of North Star!)-- our champion Pumpkin Chai. 🎃🦉

Did we ever tell you we grind our own chai spices? Whatever you love from us, we probably made it, mostly because we are gluttons for punishment, but also since you guys tend to love quality and it's easy to deliver. If you've never tried our chai, flavored or straight, make this your cue to visit us soon and sip up a part of North Star history.

Be here at da Station Fridays and Saturdays for the GENUINE Chicago Italian Beef sandwich, starting at 11:00 AM (if you see the flag flying, da beef be hot!). Regulars, you know, newcomers, hop aboard the bandwagon-- for our Juneteenth Celebration weekend, ONE DAY ONLY on Saturday, June 20th, all day for lunch we'll be selling PHILLIPPINE CHICKEN ADOBO!!!! We could say it's simple chicken, rice, and sauce, but only because there are no words in any language (other than a resounding SARAP!!! from the motherland) to put its sheer dopamanic HOLY $%^& AWESOMEness in a sentence. If you've never had it before, go find someone who has and ask them to vouch. They'll tell you it is undefeatedly the best stuff around. We wish we could make it all the time, but it's so special it can only be once a year-- and it's time!!!!!
So, to business: This time round, we have TEN (10) quarts of adobo available to preorder (you'll get a quart of chicken-in-sauce and a quart of rice), $25 apiece. We also recommend you preorder meals ($10 apiece) to be sure you get your piece of the action. It sells out every single year and WILL go fast. Preorder/reserve your quart and/or meal now, fast and often, and pick it up Saturday, June 20th. Call ASAP during business hours so we can save you some (937-418-7205)!

🪘Thursday, June 4th/18th: Drum Circle!!!
If ye be a drumhead who enjoys discussing life, the universe, and everything with fellow drum people, why have you not attended our Drum Circles yet? Join us on the first/third Thursdays of the month, always at 6:00 PM. Bring your own drums or borrow ours, djembe away or use the vibe as nap music, whatever. Everyone who's come to drum has said they've had a great time. See you Thursday night!

🎸Saturday, June 6th/27th: OPEN JAM(S)!!!!!
Open Jammers, Fortuna favors thee-- this month, we're having TWO Open Jams (the first and last Saturdays in June, 10:00 AM)! Hosted and run by our friend Mike Killian of the Drab Irish Band, this is a place for musicians of all walks and rhythm-steps, from the novice triangle players to they who've fronted bands and scenes all their lives, and all you do is show up with your instrument and jam away. Especially if you're a beginner musician, this is the perfect place for you to learn from the experienced, and trade tricks and learn from people who've done it forever. There's no judgement or pressure, just peers of all levels getting together for a great time, open for anyone to join. These things really are such a blast, and we hope you can attend at least one just to see what the vibe's like. We hope to see you Saturday the 6th at 10:00 AM-- and if not, we'll see you June 27th, also at 10:00 AM.

Speaking of events, as our regulars are well aware, the biggest event of the year is around the corner-- our blowout JUNETEENTH WEEKEND CELEBRATION, which this year falls on Saturday, June 20th. We will dole out details as the event draws closer, but for newcomers reading, Juneteenth usually is our kind of start-of-summer kickoff, and a great excuse to cook tasty food and have fun. We'll have entertainment and special Phillippine food which we only do once a year (ooooh, all you regulars reading, we felt your hearts race faster). More on that when we can, but for now we'll stop lest we bore you with our absurdly loooooong posts. (You'll just have to live with them, folks, we adore tangents/digressions/wandering/all the stuff English teachers hate. At least you guys seem to enjoy it.)
