I am going to list some of the benefits of air roasted coffee.
Benefits of Air Roasted Coffee:
Beans never touch a scorching hot metal surface, which stops them from getting burnt or ashy.
Cleaner taste: The hot air immediately blows away chaff (the loose skin of the bean), which can cause a bitter taste if left in a traditional roaster.
Bright flavor notes: It highlights the true, original taste of the coffee bean instead of a heavy roasted or smoky flavor.
Easier on the stomach: Reduced levels of bitter and sharp acidic compounds can feel gentler for people with stomach sensitivities.
