To all my faithful customers, yesterday we had Smoker issues and some of our brisket ended up tough and fatty. As you know, that is not our standard for brisket and we do apologize for the inconvenience of it. Please come and see us and let us know if you got some of that brisket and we will make it right. The Smoker is now fixed and cooking great!! Look forward to seeing you!
