To everyone who’s been asking:
As many of you know the business has experienced many changes within the last few seasons. At this time both owners have decided Pitchfork will not be reopening and will no longer be in production. However, in the future there may possibly be bbq again under a different name and business. But, what you all know as Pitchfork will indefinitely be closed. Thank you sincerely to all who supported and experienced this journey with us. We are especially grateful to Glenwood Greens & The Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery for giving us a place in Pine Island to serve the community. We appreciate all of our customers support, friendship and business through the years.

UPDATE -OPEN THIS SUMMER FOR BARBECUE. Pitchfork Barbecue & Biscuits has gone through some changes since our last season. Owners John and Lauren’s paths have gone in different directions. But jointly we have decided for John to continue cooking barbecue and barbecue only in Pine Island. There will no longer be biscuits on the menu. The truck will be back at the Pine Island location Thursday- Sunday’s 11-3pm starting June 8th.

Sadly we are announcing that Pitchfork Barbecue & Biscuits will not be opening, and will continue to stay CLOSED. We will not be at our location on Glenwood Rd. in Pine Island, NY this year. We thank you for all the support & appreciate you all.
